Do the Rich Pay Their Fair Share?

Most people think the rich don't pay their fair share? Think again. If you want a fair tax system why don't we have a flat tax? Now that would hurt the poor because most people who earn less than $45,00 pay little to no tax. Stop punishing people who succeed. If we don't they may all leave and for sure everyone will need to pay more and more taxes.
